First off, about me: I'm 24, been sewing since I was about 6, but didn't really like it until I was about 18. I have a lot yet to learn, but I'm a better seamstress now than I was last year. I have my very own Etsy shop--Rompers by Racheal. My favorite "things" to make are period clothes--be it 1860's clothes or 1940's outfits.
As of this writing, I have a custom order in the quay (a triad of newborn-sized taffeta shorts sets for a set of triplets!) and a half-finished pair of red-checked overalls, size 2, in my "project bag".
Since "stitchery" doesn't have to do strictly with sewing, you may find pictures of knitted items (okay, I'll be honest--SOCKS) cropping up from time to time.
So...time to go get the mock-up for that custom order cut out...I'm using a tea-dyed muslin. (And if it turns out as well as I hope, it will find itself in the Shop!)
